Reiki Level I

Your initiation into Reiki will focus on opening your energy channels on a physical level, allowing you to connect to the universal life force energy. You will learn the history of Reiki, the energy system, Code of Ethics, the five principles or precepts, the chakras, and hand positions. You will be able to identify your own needs, or the needs of your patients when it comes to a treatment, complete a treatment addressing each chakra, and reflecting and debriefing with your clients. This is a great option if you want to learn Reiki for self-healing, using it on your plants, foods, pets or home. It's a prerequisite if you want to further your studies into the next levels.
